Kuta Beach Bali is located in the southern part of Bali Island. Located at the distance of 1,5 km from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Kuta Beach has beach of approximately 1,500 meters long.
Formerly, Kuta and Kuta Beach was a fishing village whose existence was very quiet. In addition, Kuta Beach was also used as a commercial port and maritime by kingdoms of Bali. Now it has turned into an international small town completed with facilities and infrastructure supporting tourism. White sandy beaches along approximately 4 km highly favored by tourists for sunbathing, enjoying the sunset and swimming or surfing.
The special point from Kuta beach is a turtle habitat is found there. Formerly Kuta Beach was a living site for turtle, but it is now on the verge of extinction, then there is a maintenance of sea turtles in Kuta. This animal is protected by government legislation and international law by the World Conservation Union (IUCN). If you are lucky you can see activity of babies turtles release or hatchling to the sea.
